Students for an Inclusive Campus, Voces, Black Students United, and Latinx Students United are hosting a pop-up art making and letter and postcard-writing campaign in Java Joint and the Library February 12, 2018 - March 9, 2018, in advance of the Weissberg Chair’s visit to add to the experience of the visit and to inspire action in students. Steven Hawkins is an advocate for challenging the Prison Industrial Complex that disproportionately impacts Black and Brown people. We want to challenge Beloit College students, staff, and faculty during this week to think about how they can commit to action around the same cause.
