Poli Sci/Health and Society candidate talk Monday at 12:30

The Political Science Department and the Health and Society program are conducting a search for a faculty member who will teach courses in policy, health policy, quantitative reasoning and focus on health issues.

On Monday December 5 at 12:30 in SC 349, Dr. Rongal Nikora will present a talk on "Echoes of the Past? The Political Determinants of Infant Mortality."

Rongal Nikora is a doctoral candidate in Political Science at the University of New Mexico, where he is the recipient of a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation award for support of his work.  He graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BA in Religious Studies and completed a MA in Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame.  He has also taught English in Japan.

Pizza will be provided before the talk.
