Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Women's Soccer team made sure their offensive woes were behind them in an 8-1 win over Lakeland College at Strong Stadium on Thursday night.
Molly Dickson scored three goals while Norah Perry and Erin Chambers each added two as the Bucs scored four times in the first 29 minutes of the game and never looked back.
Chambers got things going 1:03 into the game on assists from Liz Haan and Perry. Haan got herself a goal at 15:22, unassisted, to make it 2-0 before Perry scored, unassisted, at 19:01. Dickson finished up the first half scoring at 29:14 to give Beloit their comfortable 4-0 advantage.
The Buccaneers didn't let up in the second half as Dickson scored her second goal at 54:13, assisted by Perry. Perry scored her second goal at 59:12, assisted by Dickson before Dickson completed her hat trick, assisted by Camilla Jackson, at 59:44 to make it 7-0.
Chambers closed out the Beloit scoring at 62:05.
The Muskies got on the board, and busted the shutout, with 1:36 left in the match.
The Buccaneers get back into Midwest Conference play on Sunday afternoon when they host Monmouth College. Kickoff is at 1:00 p.m.
