Swimming Squads Both Fourth at Private Schools Meet

Kenosha, WI -- The Beloit College Swimming & Diving teams posted fourth place finishes on both the Women's and Men's sides at the Wisconsin Private Schools Swimming Meet, held at Carthage College Saturday.

Shaunte Moss posted the top finish for the Women, finishing third in the 100 Breast.  She was also fourth in the 200 Breast.  Laurel Marshall was fourth in the 400 IM and Emma Canny was fifth in the 200 Back.

Greg Schalla, Will McAneny and John Kamada all had third-place finishes for the Men, Schalla in the 500 Free, McAneny in the 50 Free and Kamada in the 200 Back.  Schalla was also fourth in the 100 Back and fifth in the 400 IM.  Kamada also finished fourth in the 400 IM.

The Buccaneers host Knox College next Saturday at Kresge Natatorium in their final home meet of the season.  It's also Senior Day, recognizing Beloit's three seniors.  Action begins at 1:00 p.m.
