Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Men's Soccer team got goals from three different players to top Edgewood College 3-0 on Sunday at the Strong Complex Soccer Field.
Silas Connelly got things going for Beloit when he scored at the 31:30 mark for the only scoring of the opening 45 minutes.
Jackson Wilkins made it 2-0 just under six minutes into the second half off an assist from Tony Racine. Tom Slusher then closed out the scoring at 66:44, assisted by Connelly.
The win snapped a two-game loss, and scoreless, streak for the Buccaneers. They have now won three of five matches.
John Jorgenson had one save, in the first half, to record his first career shutout.
The Bucs return to Midwest Conference play on Wednesday, and for their remaining four regular season games, when they host Carroll University at 4:00 p.m. at the Strong Complex Field for Senior Day.
