Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Men's Soccer team refused to let their non-conference game with Lakeland College on Thursday at the Strong Complex Soccer Field get away from them.  And in the end it didn't in a 3-2 victory that snapped a three-game losing stretch.

The Buccaneers got on the board six minutes into the game when Jackson Wilkins tallied off an assist from Ryan Munger.  That lead stood up into the second half.

Lakeland evened it up six minutes into the second half.  But Junki Endoh gave Beloit the lead right back eight minutes later with his first collegiate goal on another assist from Munger.

The Muskies again tied it back up just three minutes after that and the game stood 2-all with 28 minutes remaining.

Munger got the honors with what proved to be the game-winner just three minutes after the Muskies had tied it back up, scoring unassisted at 65:08, finishing up a frantic 14 minutes.

John Jorgeson made one save in net for his first collegiate win.

The Bucs return to Midwest Conference play on Sunday when they host Monmouth College at 3:30 p.m. at the Strong Field.
