Glendale, WI -- The Beloit College Baseball team opened the Northern portion of their schedule on Saturday with an 11-0, 13-1 doubleheader sweep of Milwaukee School of Engineering.
The Bucs got things going in the fifth inning of the opener on Alex Jennings' two-run double. They broke it open with five runs in the sixth with Andrew Edwards and Jake Tresemer both driving in two and Sean Little another. Jennings and Little added RBI's in the eighth to make it 9-0 and then Edwards hit an RBI double in the ninth before Will Mack scored on a wild pitch for the final run.
Alex Norman got the win on the mound for Beloit.
In game two the Buccaneers got things going early with four runs in the first. Jennings had a two-run double and Evan Mascitti a two-run single to put Beloit on top for good. It was quiet till the fourth when Little drove in Mascitti with a double to make it 5-0.
In the fifth Tresemer hit an RBI triple, Jennings a sacrifice fly and Danny Corral a run-scoring single plus another run scored on an error to make it 9-0. Two more runs scored in the inning to increase the lead to 11-0. Beloit closed out the scoring with two runs in the seventh.
The Raiders got their only run of the day in the ninth.
Grant Henricksen got the win on the mound.

The Buccaneers are now off until next Sunday when they travel to Naperville, Illinois, for a doubleheader with North Central College. First pitch is at 12:00 noon.
