Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Swimming & Diving team closed out the regular season on Saturday with Senior Day in Kresge Natatorium, honoring three Women.
The squads posted 24 wins in sweeping their dual meet with Knox College, the Men winning 162-66 and the Women winning 134-73.
Sami Haubrich, Katie Kennedy and Heather Warner competed in their final home meet for the Buccaneers.
The Women’s 200 freestyle relay of Morgan Nicholson (Longwood, FL), Alex Kohn (Freeport, IL), Kaylie Williams (Kelseyville, CA), and Bri Stoffregen (Loves Park, IL) set a new school record in a time of 1:45.79 breaking the 2010 record set by Matchinske-Brehmer, Jones, Parsons and Lee.
Beloit now gears up for the Midwest Conference Championships in two weeks at Grinnell College. Action begins Friday, February 16, at 10:00 a.m. Saturday's action also begins at 10 a.m. while the final day on Sunday get underway at 9:00 a.m.
