The Hunger Year in The French Zone of Divided Germany - Photograph Inventory

The following is a list of Carl Welty's photographs to accompany his "Letters from Koblenz" from 1946-1947. According to notes on the original envelopes, "Numbers refer to films," and each bold heading indicates a new envelope. The descriptions come from the notes written on the envelopes and the backs of each photo.
