Our 2022 Beloiter Days: Homecoming, Reunion, and Family & Friends Weekend is set for October 7-9.

It’s time to get excited! Beloiter Days is back on campus this fall, and we look forward to seeing you there. Keep an eye on this page as events are added!

Certain events require prior registration and/or have a fee. Get the most out of Beloiter Days by registering as an attendee.

COVID-19 Information

In the interest of promoting health and enjoyment of this weekend’s events, the college’s COVID-19 Task Force encourages attendees to self-test for COVID prior to arriving on campus. If you test positive, are feeling ill, or have COVID-like symptoms, please refrain from coming to campus. We must continue to be respectful of the COVID environment in which we still live. Testing is not required and results should not be submitted.

Additionally, the COVID-19 Task Force strongly recommends wearing masks in all indoor spaces and settings when physical distancing is not possible.

  • 1:00pmGolden Hooding for the 50th Classes: 50 years is certainly worth celebrating! Join your classmates from 1970, 1971, and 1972 at the Golden Hooding ceremony then wear your golden hood throughout the weekend.

  • 2:00pmA Discussion of ‘What Lets What Pass’: Kyle Herrera will be discussing What Lets What Pass, a show that he will be curating at the Wright Museum during the Fall semester. What Lets What Pass is a large-scale video/audio work that explores emotional trauma. Using abstraction and digital manipulation, it maps a trajectory from innocence to trauma, and from survivorhood to mindful recovery, across a cycle of short films.

  • 11:00am - 2:00pmHomecoming Tailgate: Join us at Strong Stadium to tailgate or enjoy great fare from local food trucks while celebrating our rich athletics history and preparing to cheer on the Buccaneers to victory!

    Don’t forget to join our Student Athletic Advisory Committee for their bags tournament at the tailgate. The tournament prices is $2 per team, with all funds going to their annual food drive.

  • 12:30pm50 Years of Coaching Celebration: Join us in celebrating 50 years of Beloit College Cross Country and Track & Field Coaching. Coach David Eckburg, who retired in 2020 after 26 years, and Coach Brian Bliese, who has coached for 24 years and counting, have been coaching for a combined total of 50 years! We will be celebrating after the 11:00 collegiate competition.

  • 5:00pm - 8:00pmCampus Picnic: Unwind after a fun Saturday afternoon with a picnic on campus open to all. Join in at 6:00 p.m. for a folk dancing session across the quad.
