Arrival & Stay
Be prepared for your visit.
Plan to dress comfortably and casually while visiting campus. Be sure to check the weather prior to coming to ensure you have appropriate clothing for the elements.
If you have any Beloit College gear, be sure to wear it to show your pride!
Some events, such as Golden Hoods and our Awards Lunch are more formal, so please dress for those in business attire.
Children will enjoy the festivities throughout the weekend, and there are special activities for children planned at several of the events.
Book your stay at one one of the local hotels with special Beloit College rates or other local hotels.
Registration & Check-In
When you arrive on campus, proceed to Beloiter Days Headquarters Registration and Check-In at the Alumni House located at 613 College St (across the street from the Logan Museum of Anthropology). There you will receive your registration packet, a final weekend schedule, campus map, name tag, and more.
Short-term parking will be reserved for attendees on College St., in front of the Alumni House where Registration and Check-in are located. All other parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
I-39/90 is currently under construction in Wisconsin from the Illinois stateline up through Madison. Check out the official website for updates on how this may effect your travel.
If you will be arriving by bus to the South Beloit bus stop, a pick up by a member of the alumni staff can be arranged if provided with one week notice. Please email email@example.com to arrange this service.
Please be sure to wear your name tag while on campus. This identifies you as a guest of the College and will allow you access to campus facilities.
Tailgating parking is on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan to be there a close to 10 a.m. as possible to get a parking spot. Overflow parking is on the surrounding streets once the stadium lots are full.
The tailgate will have food and beer available to purchase, though you are more than welcome to bring your own.
