Transfer application materials
- The Beloit College Application or Common Application
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended
- College instructor recommendation(s)
- Some applicants may be asked to provide a high school transcript.
Additional requirements for International transfer applicants
Non-native English speakers must show proof of English proficiency in the admissions process in various ways. Requirements can be found on the English proficiency page.
All applicants must show proof of financial support toward their education as part of the application. Completion of one of the following forms and submission of supporting financial documentation (i.e., bank statement, sponsor letter) is required.
- Beloit College Declaration of Finances-Financial Aid Application online form (please have your supporting financial documents ready to upload)
- International Student Certification of Finances (for merit-based scholarship consideration only)
- International Student Financial Aid Application (for merit scholarship and need-based financial aid consideration)
Optional items
While not required, we highly encourage you to submit any of the following as a way of enhancing your application:
- SAT and/or ACT scores
- Additional recommendations from others who know you or have worked with you, such as coaches, employers, and community members.
- Transfer college report
- Mid-term report
- Final report
- Course syllabi and/or course descriptions
- Creative samples
Submitting application materials
We accept any or all of your supporting materials the following ways:

- By fax to 608-363-2075
- Scanned and sent in PDF format to schoolforms@beloit.edu
- Official transcripts must be submitted by mail or electronically. An official transcript is one that is sealed and sent directly from a prior institution or through an official website, such as Parchment.
