Wolf is passionate about bringing the joyful side of ballet technique to as many individuals as possible, regardless of background or ability. A professional dancer and teacher for over a decade, Sarah is certified through American Ballet Theatre Teacher Training, and often integrates modern technique concepts into ballet class that she learned through advanced Horton teacher training and the Graham technique training she has received through her performing career. Sarah particularly enjoys teaching Ballet 1 where students frequently unlock brand new appreciation for how their own body moves.
