Member and past president of Engineering Society of Western Massachusetts. Member of American and New England Water Works Associations and others. Recipient of the Pynchon Medal for distinguished service in the planning and construction of the Cobble Mountain Water Reservoir. Upon recommendation of the Alumni Council, it affords me great pleasure to present you this Award of Merit.
