A lecture by Beth Dougherty, associate professor of political science at Beloit College, has been canceled. The presentation―titled “City on a Hill or Abu Ghraib? Morality and U.S. Foreign Policy”―was originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, at 7 p.m., in Richardson Auditorium, in Morse-Ingersoll Hall, on the Beloit College campus. A rain-date for the lecture has not been announced.
