HISTORY OF EUGENICS The Eugenics Movement http://pantheon.yale.edu/~jmarks/eugenics.html Jonathon Marks and Associate Professor of Anthropology at Yale provides a brief history of the American eugenics movement and its key members including Charles Davenport, Madison Grant,Frederick Adams Wood, Edward Sinnott and Harry Laughlin. It focuses on the move for sterilization in prisoners and poor people and how it was justified. The discussion uses lots of historical information. This article supports eugenics from economic, population growth standpoint. The article shows the history of eugencis and also tries to show how it can be applied in China. There are introductory notes and translator notes before and after the actual article. The article focuses more on negative than positive eugenics. There is also discussion of Singapore and Japan's attitudes towards eugenics. It is a futuristic game about saving the world from all of these evil characters. The creators have modified eugenics to enhance their dark game. It discusses Margaret Sanger and the role of birth control as a eugenic control in the U.S. It also discusses the International Planned Parenthood Federation's connection with eugenics organizations and how it has not met its goals except for reducing the number births to people of color. It is very hard to link to Africa 2000 but if you can get through it is very interesting. EUGENICS AND RACISM The page is put on the Web by a pro-life organization called Life-WEB. It aggressively examines Planned Parenthood and gives a very unflattering portrayal of its founders, its history, and its purposes. The Roots of the I.Q.
