Illustrations, Illuminations and the Bound Images

This exhibition examines the relationship between text and image. Juxtaposing illustrated texts against graphic novels, this exhibit explores how images work when embedded in a text or bound between two covers. The exhibit complements the Freshman Common Reading, Peter Kuper's graphic novel, The Metamorphosis.
