Registration open:  Russia after the Collapse of Communism:  Prospects for Liberalization  This conference, taking place March 30-31, will feature four different panel discussions, an exhibit in the Wright Museum of Art, and a keynote talk by the 2012 Weissberg Chair, Yuri Dzhibladze.

The 2011-12 Weissberg Chair in Human Rights is Yuri Dzhibladze, founder and president of the Center for the Development of Democracy and Human Rights, a Russian public policy and advocacy NGO.
