    Education and Youth Studies - Office Assistant

    The Department of Education and Youth Studies is seeking one student worker for the Fall 2015 semester. This is a clerical position in the department office. The student should be a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Specifics include but are not limited to: maintaining/updating the department website and online newsletter, compiling data in Excel, filing, copying/scanning, picking up and delivering mail, engaging in individual projects for the EDYS professors, creating and posting flyers, contacting alumni for updates and other duties as assigned.

    Skills:  Proficient with Word, Excel and the use of a MAC, detail oriented with strong organizational skills

    Expectations:  The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual and have a courteous, professional manner.
