The placement questionnaire is filled out by incoming students. It is the primary way the Office of Residence Life determines room placement and roommate selection. This form, along with the housing contract, is sent with other new student materials and should be returned as soon as possible. Housing is assigned based on when these items are received so it is beneficial for the new student to return this early. It is strongly encouraged that students, rather than parents and other support people, fill out this form honestly.
To fill out the form, download and save it to your computer. Open the form in Adobe and complete it on your computer. When finished, save the complete form and email the pdf file to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure that you fill out and return the housing contract as well.
