[Ferrall Artists]Beloit native Tony Scodwell is the the 2013 Ferrall Artist-in-Residence. A jazz musician, Scodwell is a formidable trumpet player who makes custom trumpets, and is also a professional photographer. He studied at the prestigious Berklee School of Music in Boston on a full scholarship provided by the international music magazine DownBeat, and he toured with the Stan Kenton Orchestra. He currently resides in Las Vegas.
