Regular Decision applications are read one at a time, as they become complete.

We encourage you to complete your application as early as possible to receive a decision in a timely manner. Applicants are notified of our admission decision between February 1 and April 1 or as soon as possible after the Admissions Office receives all of the required items. Seventh semester grades may be required.

If you are admitted, a non-refundable deposit of $350 is due by May 1, the National Candidate's Reply Date observed by most U.S. colleges.

International students who wish to enroll beginning in the spring semester should apply no later than October 15.

International transfer applicants currently studying in the United States should complete applications by March 15 (fall enrollment) and November 1 (spring enrollment).

Admitted students who intend to enroll must send a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $350/US by May 1 (for fall enrollment) or November 15 (for spring enrollment).

When we receive an enrollment deposit, Beloit College will issue the student an I-20 form. The student must use this form to apply for the F-1 student visa. So that the student has enough time to obtain the visa, s/he must promptly inform us of his or her enrollment decision.
