Application Deadlines

Beloit offers a binding Early Decision Plan for students who have determined Beloit is their first choice college. If admitted, the student will enroll, withdraw all other applications, and submit a $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit by January 1. Beloit also offers two non-binding Early Action Plans and a Regular Decision Plan.  Accepted students who plan to attend Beloit must submit a $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit by May 1, the National Candidate‚Äôs Reply Date observed by most U.S. colleges.

We will accept any or all of your supporting application materials online, by mail, by fax (608.363.2075), or scanned and sent in PDF format to schoolforms@beloit.edu.

Early Decision Plan

Application Deadline: November 1
Decision Notification: November 30
Candidate Reply Date: A binding decision with enrollment deposit due January 1
Students applying under this plan who wish to be considered for financial aid must file the CSS Profile and identify Beloit College (CSS code 1059) as a recipient of the results.  The CSS Profile must be completed and submitted by November 1.

Early Action I Plan

Application Deadline: November 1
Decision Notification: December 15
Candidate Reply Date: May 1

Early Action II Plan

Application Deadline: December 1
Decision Notification: January 15
Candidate Reply Date: May 1

Regular Decision Plan

Application Deadline
January 15 is the priority deadline for Regular Decision admission.
Applications received after that date will be given full consideration on a rolling basis as space allows.

Decision Notification: Beginning March 1
Candidate Reply Date: May 1

Regular Decision applications are read one at a time, as they become complete.

We encourage you to complete your application as early as possible to receive a decision in a timely manner. Applicants are notified of our admission decision between March 1 and April 1 or as soon as possible after the Admissions Office receives all of the required items. Seventh semester grades may be required.

If you are admitted, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due by May 1, the National Candidate's Reply Date observed by most U.S. colleges.
