International Education Grants
[Apply Now]International Education Grants have been made possible by the generous gifts from alumna Betty Chenoweth'55 and from the Mellon Foundation.
The purpose of the grants is to allow Beloit College students to build upon their international education experiences, to deepen their inquiry into topics and experiences that complement their international education, and to apply classroom learning in real world settings.
These grants are meant to defray travel and living expenses required to undertake internships and research over winter and summer breaks, and to attend professional conferences with Beloit College faculty. Recipients share their experiences with the campus community in a Symposium presentations and in poster sessions.
Funding available varies from year to year with the average award anticipated to be $1,500. Grants can be combined with other sources, such as Weissberg Human Rights Grants, Venture Grants, LAPC Fellowships, departmental grants, and other campus and external funding, up to the amount needed to carry out the activity.
