The Food Recovery Network is a non-profit organization that partners with colleges and universities across the nation. It provides tools and resources to allow colleges to donate leftover cafeteria food to those in need and promote food waste awareness on campuses. A chapter of the network is being started here at Beloit College by a student, and she needs your help!
A 30 minute informational session about the recovery network and what you can do to get involved will be held on FRIDAY March, 28th at 12:35pm in the TV lounge in Pearsons.
Bring your lunch, and learn how to get involved!
If you have questions, or cannot attend the meeting but still would like information, please feel free to e-mail Meghan Bleidorn at firstname.lastname@example.org
