Meditation is not what you think! Practicing it can deepen your capacity to be aware, to be awake, to live each moment more fully. There is nothing mystical or magical about it. Practical and down-to-earth, it can benefit you whether you are religious or not.

First time participants are welcome (careful instruction will be given)

Weekly meditation will be offered during the academic year except on holidays and academic breaks.
