Jenzabar Implementation Project

Beloit College presently uses the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software called Datatel Colleague. Colleague is used to maintain a wide variety of information including student, financial, human resources, alumni, and development information. Datatel also provides a web-based interface called WebAdvisor that is used by the campus to view information stored in the Colleague database. In 2011, the decision was made to move from Datatel Colleague and WebAdvisor to Jenzabar EX and Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS) portal. The implementation project started in June 2011 and the transition is expected to be complete in July 2012.
