The Help Desk Office in Mayer Hall is a service for Beloit College Faculty and Staff who need technology assistance. Direct your service request via web (preferred), email, or phone.
Instructional Technology and Multimedia Services Team
The Instructional Technology and Multimedia Support team (ITMS) provides multimedia equipment, services and training for classrooms and campus events and support for the Faculty Resource Room (FRR). ITMS staff is available to instruct and assist the College community in the proper use and operation of multimedia technology. ITMS provides consultation aimed at matching available spaces and technologies to your teaching needs. ITMS also provides training and limited duplication and conversion services, as copyright law allows.

Tech Help Desk in the Morse Library
The Library Tech Help Desk is a service for affiliated Beloit College users who need technology assistance. Our team members are trained in a wide range of technologies, from basic computer errors to web site creation to use of the various tools in the library.
