The bright, new concrete poured on Friday is open to pedestrian traffic.  Routes to the Library's temporary north-side entrance from MI and Emerson street are open, without detours.  Continue to use care when passing the construction site at the front of the Library and for your safety - and the speed of the project - please mind the caution tape marking the work zones.
