  • Recent Symantec Endpoint Protection Upgrade

    The college recently upgraded Symantec Endpoint Protection to the newest version. The new version performs better and uses fewer resources. IT is in the process of upgrading all of the college owned computers in the classrooms and public labs to assure they are running up-to-date software before the start of the fall semester.

  • Streamlined access to subscription resources from off-campus

    Library staff are configuring and testing a new tool to facilitate access to electronic journal, database, and ebook services for students, faculty, and staff working and researching from off-campus computers. While implementation and testing are underway, some on and off-campus users may encounter a new page requesting username and password information.

  • Google Drive Now Available on iOS Devices

    Google Drive has been available to Android devices for a couple weeks now. You can now access the documents you have in Google Drive from your iOS device! Access is as simple as downloading the app and signing in.

  • CSA Illumina databases moving to ProQuest in July

    On July 11, there will be a change in the way the the following databases are accessed: PsycARTICLES, PsycBOOKS, PsycINFO, and GeoRef.

    April was a productive month for the Jenzabar project team.  Three weeks of training were completed by module managers and users as well as the second data pass from Datatel Colleague to Jenzabar EX.  May brings focus to the configuration of the web portal.  Click here for a full project update.

    Do you have library items that are due?
    All materials borrowed from our library, the Beloit Public Library,
    UW-Madison Libraries, and through interlibrary loan can be returned to
    the Beloit College Library Circulation Desk before you leave campus.
