LABORATORY SERVICES
The Beloit Memorial Hospital Laboratory provides laboratory
services for our site. A technician comes to campus once a week to do
routine lab draws. The hospital lab is open 24 hours a day for other
lab services.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
The Beloit Memorial Hospital provides a once daily van
service to the hospital and to the Beloit Clinic for appointments. This
service must be arranged through the health center. If students need transportation at other times there are city
taxis and bus that will take students to appointments.
LIGHT THERAPY ROOM
The health center provides a light therapy room for students
suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder. Appointments to use the
room are arranged with the scheduling desk in the health center.

PHYSICIANS
We are fortunate to have a physician or nurse practitioner in our office
2 hours daily during the academic year, Monday through Friday. Call the health center for appointments.
Walk-ins will be accommodated as the schedule permits. Physician
services are billed to insurance or self pay.
COUNSELORS
We have mental health counselors in our center Monday through Friday during the academic year. A counselor is on campus with limited hours during the summer. Appointments are made by calling the health center at 608-363-2331.
BILLING
There is no charge to see the nurse at the
health center. The visits to the physicians or nurse practitioner are
billed to the student’s health insurance or to the student themselves
or whomever they designate. The billing is handled through the Beloit
Clinic. A representative from the Beloit Clinic Billing department is
on site during the office hours of a physician or nurse practitioner.
