Beloit College produces a number of publications, ranging from the Round Table, one of the nation's earliest student newspapers, to books from its own press. The Literary Magazine Review, in their Spring 1996 issue, says of us: "For whatever reason, Beloit, Wisconsin has been important to the publication of serious writing in the U.S. out of all proportion to its size."

Beloit Fiction Journal

The Beloit Fiction Journal, founded in 1985, is a national fiction magazine that has undergraduate students on its editorial board. The Beloit Fiction Journal publishes one issue each year.
Beloit Poetry Journal

Though it started at Beloit College, this journal moved to Maine with its editor, Professor Emerita of English Marion K. Stocking. For 50 years it has consistently published the best contemporary poetry offered.
