How To: Utilize event signage on campus

Need to promote a campus event with signs? Here’s what you need to know:

1)Contact the Office of Communications and Marketing--signage to promote any event will need to be approved through that office’s director.

2) What if the event is not a college event, but is taking place on campus? You’ll still want to route that request through C&M.

3) Prior approval does not set an automatic precedent; make sure to seek approval each time the event is held.

4) Does the signage need to be posted/staked? Contact Physical Plant for assistance, for safety’s sake.
