He’s a Las Vegas-based headlining trumpet player who has backed up Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, and Elvis.

He’s also a commercial photographer, a consummate entrepreneur, and a certified wine expert.

Now Tony Scodwell is at Beloit College, visiting for the week as this year’s Victor E. Ferrall, Jr. Endowed Artist-in-Residence.

As part of his residency, Scodwell—who happens to be a Beloit native—will be putting on performances, giving a lecture, and visiting classes. Click here to see jazz band director John Mayer talking about Scodwell’s visit.
