In preparation for the first meal in the newly revamped dining hall—slated for August 10—contractors are working at a steady clip to get Commons ready for the fall semester, when it will debut a new look under Bon Appetit management.
According to General Manager Ken Hnilo, new equipment will be arriving Monday or Tuesday of this week. “That will be exciting—things will start getting in place,” he says.
