By now you’ve all heard about Jenzabar and the plan to go live in July. The offices preparing for this fast-approaching conversion deadline need support from you, the campus community. Due to the time and concentrated effort it takes to verify converted data, enter new data, and train staff on new processes, offices involved in the conversion will close down each Tuesday beginning May 22 and continuing through July 17. Each of those days will be dedicated to uninterrupted time for Jenzabar-related work and, hopefully, will make the transition smoother.
Involved offices include: accounting, financial aid, human resources/payroll, registrar, residential life, and dean of students. Because of the demands of summer programs and conferences, Res. Life and the dean of students office will not be completely shut down. Staffing will be adjusted to allow work time dedicated to the Jenzabar conversion. Your cooperation in saving non-critical questions or needs for other days would be greatly appreciated.
