The pdf at right is a summary of the annual report (Form 5500) for the Beloit College Flexible Compensation Plan, a health "flexible spending arrangement" maintained by Beloit College care of its Board of Trustees, for the Plan Year ending Dec., 31, 2011.

The plan is an employee welfare benefit plan governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Under the plan, the employer has committed itself to reimburse participating employees for certain medical expenses that are not paid by insurance.

Summer hours for the cashier in accounting

While the accounting office will remain open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the summer months, starting Monday, May 21, the cashier’s window in the office will only be open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. These hours will remain in effect through Aug. 10.

Please plan accordingly, and stop by the office for all treasury operations such as check cashing and petty cash reimbursements during those hours.
