What three items go in your desert island backpack? A good book, chocolate, and a bottle of red wine.

What’s on your desert island jukebox?  Some old Bruce Springsteen music, a little country by Rascal Flatts, and, recently, some Adele.

Favorite meal?  Crab legs or crab cakes.

What can’t you live without? Family and music.

Any advice? Smile often, be present, and live in each moment.

What do you do in your free time?  Read, cook, spend time with family.

Beatles or Stones? Neither. I was born in New Jersey so I am a Bruce Springsteen fan at heart!

Proudest moment? Becoming a parent and watching my children grow into amazing individuals.
