Tutors help their peers reach new heights—help Learning Enrichment and Disability Services thank them today (Wednesday).
Learning Enrichment and Disability Services and Student Support Services have hired and trained 89 students to help peers in more than 45 courses from at least 20 departments. Help Yourself and Upward Bound tutors also help students at the pre-college level.
Tutees are encouraged to stop by the front desk of Pearsons from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Wednesday or by the Learning Enrichment and Disability Services office at any time to write a thank you note to their tutor and nominate their tutor for Tutor of the Term.
Last semester’s Tutor of the Term was Andrea Clark’13, a third-year student from Chicago, Ill., who tutored several students in physics.
