Coughy Haus Manager
This full-time, 10-month position, starts Aug.15 and runs through May 18, 2012. This position reports to the director of food service, and is a member of the Food Service Department and the Student Life Cluster.
The Coughy Haus manager will provide management and supervision of all staff and operations of the Coughy Haus, and manages food and beverage sales service, ordering, stocking, and inventory procedures. This person is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising student staff, and holds the liquor agent’s license and adheres to all laws pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages and operation of the Coughy Haus facility.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree and previous work with student groups and an involvement in Beloit College student activities. Related supervisory and creative problem-solving experience is expected. This position also requires excellent communication and leadership skills.
