They’re students, artists, and athletes, showing prowess in the pool or on the court, but also in putting paint to canvas or sketch pencil to paper. In advance of the Wednesday opening of Artletics in the Wright Museum of Art, the Terrarium will get to know these artistic athletes. Or is it athletic artists? In any case, well-rounded Beloiters.

How would you describe your art, and what are you showing in the upcoming Artletics show? I am showing several photos that I have recently taken from around the world. I am drawn to the contrast of light and dark as well as clouds and water because they are reflections of one another.
Favorite meal? Channa masala, naan bread, a beet/goat cheese/walnut/craisin salad and fried calamari.
What can’t you live without? Coffee
If you could be reincarnated, what person/thing would you like to be? Winston Churchill.
Which talent would you most like to have? To be able to sing.
