Join the Beloit College Wellness Committee for a week of spring break wellness, beginning with Walk Away the Pounds today from noon to 12:45 p.m. in the dance studio of the Sports Center. No equipment needed, just a comfortable pair of shoes and a desire to jump-start your fitness goals.
W.A.T.P. is safe and suitable for all fitness levels.
NOTE: Future W.A.T.P. sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Dance Studio for the balance of the academic year; it is open to the campus community.
