You may have seen me: in the Java Joint line, purchasing a scrumptious pumpkin latte.
What can’t you live without? I definitely wouldn’t be able to function without my orange Eddie Bauer backpack. It has lasted me seven years and traveled with me on three continents. I have used it for everything from climbing ancient Roman ruins to carrying groceries, and toting my books to and from the Hendricks Center.
What do you do in your free time? I spend a lot of time reading nonfiction and poetry, hanging out at the WBCR studio and Theta Pi Gamma, and attempting to cook nutritious meals for myself and my friends.
Which talent would you most like to have? I would love the ability to master many languages and be able to read, write, and speak them with complete ease.
Who are your heroes? My heroines include Frida Kahlo, Janis Joplin, and Margaret Sanger. These three women made the world a more beautiful, musical, and progressive place. Despite their hardships, they became positive representatives of their field and didn’t care about what people thought of them.
