The History Department is pleased to sponsor Fr. Columba Stewart, OSB, PhD, the director of the Hill Museum and Manuscript Library, who will speak about the Library's efforts to digitize and preserve unique manuscripts in Syria, Ethiopia, Turkey, Iraq, and other regions where the survival of historical materials is threatened.
