"Conceiving Evil," a Summer Block Program information session

Phil Shields, a professor of philosophy, will lead an information session on the summer block course "Conceiving Evil" (Phil. 190).

"Conceiving Evil:" Do you want to fight, avoid, or commit evil? First you need to figure out what evil is. With a series of eight different visiting faculty, we will examine historical efforts to understand evil from Job to Eichmann in Jerusalem.
