First ever Beloit College Contra Dance featuring caller:  Steve Pike with music by the BrianPickers.  Lessons begin at 7-7:30 p.m. Dance begins at 7:30 p.m.  No experience necessary.  Street shoes are not allowed in the studio - make sure you bring a spare!

Contra dance (also contradance, contra-dance and other variant spellings) refers to several partnered folk dance styles in which couples dance in two facing lines.
