Duffy Community Partnership program application deadline

The Duffy is an academically rigorous, community-based sociology course with significant interdisciplinary connections. Students engage in 90 hours per semester of field work at a community field site, as well as a once a week seminar designed to analyze their experiences. The sites include businesses, non-profits, social services, schools and government working with a widely variety of cultures and demographics. We have new Duffy site this coming semester at the Beloit Historical Society. Students can focus their research on areas that fit their academic and professional interests. Please note that the Duffy fulfills the LAP requirement.
