The Q Initiative and the Community-Based Learning Program of the Liberal Arts in Practice Center would like to invite faculty to a dinner to discuss using community data in the classroom and in our work with students. We will bring community leaders to campus to talk about data that their organization uses and how we might be able to work with them and their data. After their presentations, we will have a discussion about the benefits of using community data and some possible pitfalls. Speakers include Jeff Adams, Beloit College and Belmark Associates, Karen Cain, Rock County Health Department, and Lisa Furseth, Community Action, Inc.

This event is free and open to Beloit College faculty.
