Rev. Hassett holds a Master’s in Divinity from the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Rev. Hassett’s book Anglican Communion in Crisis: How Episcopal Dissidents and their African Allies are Transforming Anglicanism (2007) examines the global conflict within the Anglican Church over the issue of homosexuality, based on anthropological research she conducted in both the United States and Uganda.    


This event is free and open to students, faculty and staff.  Bring your own lunch. Dessert will be provided.
