* Have a project idea but wondering how to fund it?
* Dream of traveling but don't know where to get the money?
* Found a perfect, but unpaid internship, and trying to figure out how to make it affordable?

Beloit College (through Alumni, the Office of International Education, the Liberal Arts in Practice Center, and various other departments) offers thousands and thousands of dollars each year in grants and stipends to students. Outside funding organizations offer millions more. But to get your hands on this cash and pursue your dreams, you first have to submit a competitive proposal.

So how do you do that? Betsy Brewer, Director of the Office of International Education, and Carol Wickersham, Director of Community-Based Learning, will spend an hour on Monday, October 10th answering that question.

So come, pick up some tips and tricks, discuss a few good and bad examples, and learn widely transferable and profitable skills.

This event is free and open to Beloit College students only.
